Thanks to a range of innovative tools and the dedication of our Project Managers, we guarantee efficient project management from the very first blueprint to the final commissioning handover. Our 105 direct employees and 485+ man power are recruited specifically for rich industry experience and deep technical knowledge.

From a small MEP firm in Chennai to a pan-India industrial construction partner — our journey over 15+ years.

2010

Foundation — Heaven Engineering

Established as Heaven Engineering providing Construction & General MEP services. Started with industrial maintenance works in Chennai for Korean automotive clients.

2012

MEP Expansion

Expanded into full-scope MEP works and industrial maintenance contracts for Korean automotive tier suppliers in Chennai, establishing our reputation for quality and on-time delivery.

2014

Civil & Structural Works

Scaled into Civil, Structural & MEP turnkey projects. Successfully executed the first complete industrial building turnkey for a Korean automotive client in Tamil Nadu.

2017

Private Limited — KIA Turnkey AP

Incorporated as Heaven Structures Pvt Ltd. Executed the first major KIA Motors tier turnkey project in Andhra Pradesh — marking our entry into large-scale turnkey execution.

2021

Hyundai Tier — Tamil Nadu Scale-up

Executed multiple major turnkey projects for Hyundai tier suppliers across Tamil Nadu including Woori Automotive, Kumho HT, Hanchang — becoming the go-to contractor for Korean automotive manufacturers.

2025

KIA EV Motors — Pune & ₹225 Cr Milestone

Secured the prestigious KIA EV Motors Tier project in Pune, Maharashtra. Reached ₹225 Crore annual turnover — a 10× growth in 4 years.

2026

International Expansion — Taiwan Client

Began execution of our first international client project — a Turnkey Project for Taiwan-based High Glory in Tamil Nadu.
